Terms of Service and User Agreement for Teen Patti Clan

Welcome to Teen Patti Clan. This Terms of Service and User Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the player, user, or affiliate) and Teen Patti Clan Inc.

These terms govern your access to, download of, and participation across our mobile software, digital card tables, and associated services accessed through our official homepage or authorized domains.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Account Suspension and Termination

3. The account is associated with fraudulent banking recharges, stolen UPI credentials, or chargeback disputes.

5. The user maintains more than one active account on the platform.

Upon termination for cause, all access to cash tables is immediately revoked, and any unverified or illicitly accumulated balances are subject to statutory forfeiture.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Teen Patti Clan is provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free table synchronization.

• The platform shall not be held liable for losses resulting from user-side connectivity drops, sudden mobile network switches between Wi-Fi and mobile data (Jio, Airtel, Vi), or device hardware freezes during an active hand.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teen Patti Clan, its operational team, and affiliates against any liabilities, losses, damages, or legal expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized access to restricted territories, or violation of third-party rights.

Amendments to These Terms

Teen Patti Clan reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this User Agreement at any time to reflect software changes, regulatory requirements, or banking updates.

When revisions occur, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued access to our mobile client or web services following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution and Customer Escalations

If you encounter an issue regarding an unverified deposit, withdrawal processing, or an account review:

• You must first submit a ticket to our customer care team via our in-app support desk or through our dedicated contact page.

• Our payment and compliance team investigates tickets within standard turnaround windows (15 to 30 minutes for UPI deposits; 24 to 48 hours for account appeals).
